Papa Architects appointed CJ Design as MEP Consultants on this commission, set in the heart of Mayfair.
The design brief asked for a discreet and cost effective solution. We designed replacement services for the existing building which also benefited from a new modern facade.
Close attention to detail was critical on this project. CJ Design needed to carefully use available space for the building services installations. Working within the confides of limited space, we focused on fine detailed design of all risers and service locations. This allowed the largest living spaces to be maintained for these high-end residential apartments. Important in such a prime location of London.
Close collaboration with Papa Architects on the fine detail design was the key to success in the delivery of this project.
