Elliot started work at CJDP in May 2013 having previously worked at Parsons Brinkerhoff (Highways Consultants) where he was seconded to TFL’s main Palestra Office working on the highways work for the 2012 Olympics.
He started with us a Junior Cad Technician and has progressed to MEP CAD Technician. His duties include the application of Auto CAD 2016 to set up Mechanical/ Electrical/ Public Health and Fire Protection drawings along with various Schematics. Elliot also visits sites to undertake survey work to produce accurate drawings to scale.
Elliot has assisted on schemes for clients such as Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Ted Baker, Apple, Twitter and many more from tender to the construction stage of a design.
Elements of the role Elliot enjoys the most include the creative side of using Autocad and seeing how the software develops. He also enjoys working on the variety of projects at CJDP and seeing how the design engineers adapt their designs to suit specific client requirements.
Interests outside of work
Elliot is a Charlton season ticket holder and plays for his local football team. He also likes to keep fit by attending the local gym.
