Thermal modelling is an advanced way to simulate the thermal environment of a building. Weather data both future and present, building geometry, layout, occupancy & fabric information and HVAC/renewable energy system usage, provides a detail thermal model of any given building.
The simulation captures the heat transfer process into and through the building, as well as its thermal capacity. This understanding allows us to assess and therefore improve building energy and environmental performance and create a thermal friendly environment.
